Learn about our retail process

  • Preparation for purchasing a new lift is pretty painless. All you need to know is where you would like your lift to go and what it will be for.

Then, make contact with us and we will walk you through the process, which will more than likely require as site visit to survey the site.

Our expert team will be delighted to walk you through the many options and help you arrive at exactly what you need.

You will be sent a quote detailing what has been discussed and that quote will remain valid for 12 months.

  • At the time of ordering, our lifts team will go through al;l the details and double check that what you are ordering is what you want.

At this stage, to secure your place in the manufacturing line, we will require a 10% deposit.

Generally we can have a lift built in a week, depending on how busy we are, but we are pretty flexible for people who will be genuinely disadvantaged by not having their lift. Just ask.

  • We have a team of installers who work throughout New Zealand, plus we have a number of tradespeople in different locations who install for us too.

The installation of a short-rise lift will be completed in less than a day. A through-floor lift should be completed in between three and four days.

We will require a further 75% of the cost to be paid prior to our dispatch of the lift and installer. Don’t worry, by now we have already built your lift to your specifications.

Please note that we will need to visit the site in advance of installation to complete the “pre-wire”.

  • We recommend that you get your lift serviced every twelve months.

You are welcome to contact us for service, or you may have a preferred person you would like to do it.

Just remember that a well-maintained lift will last far longer than one that has been neglected.

    Maintenence/service calls are chargeable.

  • With the best will in the world, breakdowns occur. We recognise that your need for the lift may be significanty and we have worked tirelessly to ensure that we can provide emergency service as quickly as we possibly can - often same day.

Please note that if the problem is found to be our fault, it will be covered at no cost under warranty. If it is a combination of our fault and some operator error, we will work with you to determine a fair price.

If there is a breakdown that is full operator driven, we will do the repair as cost effectively as we can to keep the preice down for you.

Final note - we have some pretty extreme conditions in New Zealand and a lift in the thermally actrive parts of Rotorua or on an exposed cliff/beach setting may require greater levels of maintenance and a shorter working life than one in a less demanding environment.

  • If you have a short rise or extended short rise lift and you no longer need it, please call us and discuss the option of us buying it back from you at a fair rate and we will come and collect it for you and make some remediation to the site.
